Steam not working.

Hi! I'm somewhat new to Arch Linux and maybe have done the installation the wrong way. First, I enabled the multilib repo and then used

sudo pacman -S steam

to install Steam. The problem is that every time I try to run steam in the terminal, it spits out this error:

I don't really understand why. Maybe some of you can help me. I'd be really grateful for your help.

GPU - Nvidia GTX 1070ti

Re: Steam not working.

You should probably also install steam-native-runtime.

Re: Steam not working.

You should first consult the wiki. About Steam there are tons of troubleshooting articles like Steam runtime issues.

Re: Steam not working.

Are you running the steam beta updates? I think even the steam runtime version needs some gtk packages as a dependency, for the beta updates.
