If i switch to a terminal, it works, but from Xorg (plasma session) it does nothing, but it used to work.
I tried to hit "reisub" with left/right+printscr alt ctrl+alt+printscr to no avail.
Anybody can confirm and/or has a workaround for that? somehow i think systemd is involved.

It was a common problem to all Xorg sessions, and the colprit was:
# cat /etc/X11/xorg.conf.d/00-keyboard.conf
Section "InputClass"
Identifier "system-keyboard"
Option "GrabDevice" "True"
EndSection
Commenting: Option "GrabDevice" "True" solved the issue.
I can't remember when i set Grabdevice true, nor why, nor if it was me to do that.
pacman -Ql|grep "00-keyboard" returns no results.
