Css Stress Test 32fps on lowest settings

My Setup:
Athlon XP 2600+
1GB DDR333 RAM
GeForce 6800 128mb

How do I get 32fps stress test on lowest settings... I dont know what to try.. I tried everything..:'(

PS: I use Cedega 5.2.1

Okay i can now get 40-60fps on medium settings.. weird results though.. fonts finally work but sometimes during combat the game just randomly lagss like crap and the hud and gun start disappearing randomly.. sucks so bad.. i die all the time cause of that.. however if i set to dx7 then it doesnt do that but fonts suck and the thing lags even more (constantly).. whats with the hud disappearing
