I've tried to put it to the arch bugtracker, but unless I'm overlooking something, they don't support the community repo? Also I could upload the coredump if it would be any help.
So I guess there are several questions. Is anyone else's `maim` segfaulting? Should I report it to bugtracker? Is there an easy-ish fix I could do myself?

It has been flagged out of date; you could try rebuilding.

Ran into this today. Installed maim-git and slob-git and then it worked fine.
I suspect it has something to do with one of the OpenGL libs because I have nvidia-beta (needed because otherwise GUI would fail to load on this laptop).
