how to adding new keyboard layout to the system

hello
iam coming from debian and ubuntu there was kurdish keyboard in the system but in archlinux i cant find it may be its not included in the system ,how i can add it ?

after too many try i couldnt do it and some thing else , but today i found it thank you .
