[SOLVED] OpenCL not available

I was trying to compile and run an example OpenCL code but it was giving errors on runtime. I tried other programs using OpenCL and they didn't work either.
I installed clinfo-git from AUR and got the following output:

clinfo: /opt/cuda/lib64/libOpenCL.so.1: no version information available (required by clinfo)
Number of platforms                               0

I tried uninstalling cuda and the first line in the output vanishes but it still is unable to find any platforms. Cuda works fine ohterwise.
My graphics card is an NVIDIA GeForce GTX 1060. I installed these packages for OpenCL:

ocl-icd 2.2.11-1
opencl-nvidia 381.22-1
nvidia 381.22-4

you are aware clinfo is in community ?

clean chroot building not flexible enough ?
Try clean chroot manager by graysky

I have ocl-icd installed and tried the 00-usrlib.conf thing mentioned in the article without success.
I found that ocl-icd had  a debug environment variable called OCL_ICD_DEBUG and so I set it to 255. clinfo output looks like this then:

Okay, solved it by restarting my system. I have no idea what the cause was and I didn't change anything.
