Note Taking Application

Hello guys,
I wonder what are you using for note taking. I had been using OneNote and Evernote but they don't have official client for linux. I need android synchronization and native linux support but I don't know any application, so I am asking.
Regards.

Google Keep

I possess a device, in my pocket, that is capable of accessing the entirety of information known to man.
I use it to look at funny pictures of cats and to argue with strangers.

Hands down, Google Keep.  You can use it via Google Chrome or via Chromium.  If you already have the Google Keep app installed within Chrome/Chromium upon log in with a Google account of either browser a menu entry will be created for Google Keep in your DE.  If you don't already have the app installed, just install the Keep app from the Chrome store, then go to it in your Google apps page in Chrome/Chromium, right click it and choose to create a menu entry shortcut.  Fully synced to your mobile/desktop, fast, easy, good features.  It just works.

QOwnNotes. I'm using it daily, you can fast search your notes, tag them, export them, supports markdown. Developer maintains a package on aur, and has a repository with the binary.

Re: Note Taking Application

I like to keep note taking and synchronisation separate from each other. For note taking I use my own simple script that stores all notes in it's own folder, which is synced by syncthing. Though I don't need large number of notes.
