Looks like the same error i get three posts above with "Max constant buffer size". Maybe its time to fill an upstream bug report.
Did you ever try to use the mesa-opencl implementation with blender?

I have opencl-mesa installed if that is what you mean. I'm really confused with all the different drivers right now.

Heres the output of blender after it crashes:
