Gnome applications don't open after starting a vncserver

Whenever I start a vncserver and later try to open any gnome app,the app won't open at all, for example nautilus.
Sometimes they work.
In journalctl only these two lines come up, no other things.

dbus-daemon: Activating service name='org.gnome.Nautilus'
dbus-daemon: Successfully activated service 'org.gnome.Nautilus'

But sometimes after a while, trying some random things it starts. This happens with other app like Text Editor(that comes in gnome extra) too.
Can you someone show my the right directions to go about?
