ClamAV Virus notyfication on gnome3

Hi!
I just started thinking about security on my Ach Desktop.
I have installed ClamAV from Wiki and added "OnAccessScan" but it's only inform me about viruses i /var/log and open this file..
Is it possible block it when I staring exec virus and inform me about this in gnome gui box?

Did you create /etc/clamav/detected.zsh and edited /etc/clamav/clamd.conf as described in the wiki ?

clean chroot building not flexible enough ?
