I recently switch from i3 to i3 +MATE, everything works well but only 1 strange issue with rofi.
When I login into into the session, I start rofi, it works and it looks just like how I confiure it.
But after I start any application that use mate theme(e.g. mate-control-center), rofi still work but the look go back to default look.
I configure rofi with Xresource file, but I didn't change anything when switching.
I achieve i3+MATE with logging into i3 and start some mate service with i3 config.
Any idea where I should start checking??

I actually solved it by using the configuration file instead of .Xresources file to configure rofi, don't know why but that work.
