Microphone stopped working

My microphone has stopped working. I don't know when this happened, as I didn't use it until just today. However, it was working fine before.
Here is some info:

-The mic is the internal mic on Lenovo thinkpad x1 carbon 5th gen
-I am using pulseaudio with pavucontrol
-I already tried to completely uninstall pulseaudio and pavucontrol and reinstall, but it had no effect
-I checked my mic isn't muted in pavucontrol
-I have tested my mic in windows, and it is working fine

-I am trying for arecord/aplay for testing if the mic works, as well to test it in an application (steam and discord)

Here is output of pacmd list-sources:

Please let me know if more information is required.
Looking forward for any suggestions.

Edit:
I have also tried to unlock the channels in pavucontrol and set the left to silence, and also with the right to silence. This had no effect.
I have also tried to plug in a earplug/mic combo into the headphone jack, and the mic is working fine with that. So it seems that its only a problem of the internal microphone.

Re: Microphone stopped working

Same issue here on a Yoga 710-15ISK. It's a dual microphone array. Weirdly enough mine shows the internal as "unplugged" and the 3.5mm jack plugged in (when it isn't)
