hostapd with ath10k qca988x: no IR and Interface initialization failed

Hi,

I run an Arch Linux AP with a Compex WVE900VX QCA9880 Wireless card. It uses the ath10k drivers.
Hostapd used to work but stopped recently. I don't know exactly when it stopped working because there's also a 2.4GHz USB Wifi dongle connected to the same box, which server as an 2.4GHz AP under the same name... I just realized that the speed has gone done and then discovered that hostapd on the compex card stopped working.

I run the most recent kernel and the system is up to date with crda, linux-firmware (needed for the card) and wireless-regdb installed.

Anyway, the errors that come are:
