[testing] coreutils 5.96-1 - native signs

Before update:

$ su -
Password: 
su: niepoprawne hasło

This one up here is ok but this forum is changing it to this

After update su comunicates are in polish but no polish fonts:

$ su -
Has�o:
su: niepoprawne has�o

As You can(or can't?) see polish diacritical signs are gone, insted of there is show some crappy signs.

The same is when I type:

$tail --help
Sk�adnia: tail [OPCJA]... [PLIK]...
Wypisanie 10 ostatnich linii ka�dego PLIKU na standardowym wyj�ciu.
Dla wi�kszej liczby PLIK�W ka�da porcja ma nag��wek z nazw�. Je�eli PLIK nie

coreutils 5.96-2 showed up but in current. After updating the messages are OK because Polish transaltion of the messages is gone.
Can't we have translated messages with good diacritical characters?
