[Solved] Posts on "System Administration"

Hi,
I would like to know why can't I create a new post on the "System Administration" section of this forum. An old topic about hibernation wasn't helpfull enough so I feel the need to ask the question again.

You are expected to read sticky threads and you shouldn't necrobump threads either anyway, so yeah creating a new thread would be the way to go
