is my tvcard dead ??

tv used to work fine, now it seems all dead...
when running tvtime, i get

videoinput: Cannot open capture device /dev/video0: No such file or directory

indeed /dev/video0 is not here...
so i checked dmesg, and i saw :

--snip--

agpgart: Detected VIA Twister-K/KT133x/KM133 chipset
agpgart: AGP aperture is 64M @ 0xe8000000
bttv: driver version 0.9.16 loaded
bttv: using 8 buffers with 2080k (520 pages) each for capture
bttv: Bt8xx card found (0).
ACPI: PCI Interrupt 0000:00:0b.0[?]: no GSI
bttv0: can't request iomem (0x0).
bttv: probe of 0000:00:0b.0 failed with error -16
pci_hotplug: PCI Hot Plug PCI Core version: 0.5
--snip--

does it sound like a hardware failure to you ? thanks for any advices...
