[SOLVED] [BOOT issue] ERROR: device 'UUID' several solutions tested...

Hello everyone,

I try to fix this issue since more than 1 hour now and I test several solutions from this forum without success...

The error when I boot into archlinux :

Configuration :
dual boot Windows 10 & Arch
Refind and Grub

I boot into arch live usb

mount /dev/sdb2 /mnt
mount /dev/sdb1 /mnt/boot
mount /dev/sdb3 /mnt/home
arch-chroot /mnt /bin/bash
mkinitcpio -p linux

Error :

Pacman#.22Failed_to_commit_transaction_.28conflicting_files.29.22_error
Did you install the conflicting files outside of pacman or are the pacman databases corrupted?
Please post the output from within the chroot of 

# pacman -Qkk

List_of_applications#Pastebin_clients
See the tip box to paste from the console without having to install any additional packages.
Please also post the system's pacman.log.

Can you run blkid from the rescue prompt and check the output is the same as from the chroot.
Also please post the output from the chroot of `lsblk` or `parted -l`.  What bootmanager/bootloader does the system use?
There appear to be at least two other issues the untracked files and the shared library resolution.
Keeping to one topic per thread will concentrate on trying to restore the system to booting working with the limitations imposed by the other issues.

I remove lib32-pcre

pacman -Syu

was successful and I boot into arch without error wink

So the problem is fixed.
