I'm so sorry to hear about your saying.
emmmm.... Just make it different a little.
I think optirun and primusrun is differentl.
And test resout is different also.
But by anyway it make errors.
Even can't build a .cpp file(it's a code to test cuda)

Why does it try to resolve /opt/cuda/lib64/libOpenCL.so.1?

Ok,I have edited it. I think primusrun is suit for playing games instated of building a project.

I think the packages from aur is OpenCL for CPU. I will remove it and test again.
I removed all intel Opencl packages and testd it

CL_OUT_OF_RESOURCES is generally a client bug.
That's reported at https://aur.archlinux.org/packages/cuda_memtest/ and most likely a bug in ocl_memtest or a questionable test "result" - the code simply tries to reach beyond the capabilities of the GPU.
It doesn't generally mean something would be wrong with your opencl installation.

Thank you! I used CUDA-Z and it tell me everything is ok. The test program maybe have the bug.
But when I testing Theano to return GPU devices,I met another problem. There is nothing....
