I have got Arch + Gnome. When I click on LibreOffice icon in Dash/Dock to start LibreOffice (e.g. Calc), the application (Calc) is started under some other technical icon:
Wrong behavior
But if I choose Gnome on Xorg on gdm, it works as expected. I got this bug years ago on Ubuntu 14.04 and only the reinstallation of Ubuntu solved the issue (as usual for Ubuntu). What is wrong? How can i fix it? Is it a bug?

I guess that might be a libreoffice bug with (x)wayland. There seems to be a bug that has been partially fixed a few months ago.

Which version of libreoffice are you using?
Edit: It seems that this patch is still missing in the still version (5.3.6.1), but libreoffice-fresh (5.4) has it.
5.3.6: https://cgit.freedesktop.org/libreoffic … ce-5.3.6.1
5.4.1: https://cgit.freedesktop.org/libreoffic … ce-5.4.1.2

I'm using still version, therefore I have to wait until 5.4 will be marked as still. Thank you
