[solved] Polari crashes on Gnome 3.24.2

Polari crashes on gnome 3.24 running wayland. The first time I launched the app it opened fine. But then it crashed while I was adding my channels. I've tried reinstalling it multiple times, including its dependancies. However, no luck.

When I run polari from terminal, I get

Gjs-Message: JS WARNING: [resource:///org/gnome/Polari/js/mainWindow.js 361]: reference to undefined property selectedRoom.account
Segmentation fault (core dumped)

I still get notifications from polari that I joined the chatroom and logged in. I have no idea what to do now. Any help is appreciated! Thanks!

edit: I fixed this by restoring the channels to default values using dconf. Still, a bug report should be filed.

The way I fixed this was go to dconf to clear channels. Then restart polari.
