XFCE4-Panel Crashing

Hey guys I keep having xfce4-panel crash.
I've tried reloading the font cache
I'm using the TeX Gyre Heros font, not sure if that is the issue. I haven't changed anything aside from updating the system and then it started all of a sudden.
Below is the issue, I've googled things and they said it was a font issue, but the steps I found couldn't fix the issue I am having.
Any help would be greatly appreciated

Re: XFCE4-Panel Crashing

Have you tried another font?
What steps have you followed that didn't succeed?

Re: XFCE4-Panel Crashing

I have but the crash doesn't happen consistently.
Also the other fonts look quite terrible..
I'm not really sure what exactly it is that causes it to crash :\
I've tried rebuilding the font cache and reinstalling the fonts

Re: XFCE4-Panel Crashing

Well, try another font for a couple of days and then change back. If the crashes doesn't occur while using another font, then you have the answer.
Why the font doesn't work, i dont know.

Re: XFCE4-Panel Crashing

Is it crashing when you're looking at a webpage which has foreign characters in the title? Because the guys in this thread from 2013 have the same error and apparently the solution is to install ttf-droid.
