Using dnsmasq to access blocked websites and login pages

Hi,

Some blocked websites on my country can easily be bypassed by changing the dns servers on resolv.conf.
To do that, I placed:

[main]
dns=none

in /etc/NetworkManager/NetworkManager.conf and changed those default nameservers no the resolv.conf file to the opennic ones.

The problem is that I lose the ability to access public wifi spots that use a login page (captive portal, I  believe they are called). I believe that dnsmasq can solve this problem, but I don't know how to do that.

The disired effect is that any captive portal is resolved with "the default dns servers", (the dns servers provided by the router) and all other websites are resolved with the opennic servers.

Any tips on how to do this?

Thanks
