plasma: different desktops on different screens, a way to disable?

On a dual-head setuo, today i switched my old vga monitor for a new dvi monitor.
After booting, the plasma desktop configured on the old vga monitor vanished, and the new dvi monitor showed a plain/factory (plasma)configuration.
Examining the configuration files, it seems that the widgets are bounded to the specific monitor (well, the connector), as defined in "~/.config/plasmashellrc":

[ScreenConnectors]
0=VGA1
1=HDMI1
2=HDMI-1-1
3=HDMI-1
4=DVI-D-0

...In ~/.config/plasma-org.kde.plasma.desktop-appletsrc, you can see something like the following:

[Containments][1]
activityId=
formfactor=2
immutability=1
lastScreen=0 <--------------------------- THIS
location=4
plugin=org.kde.panel
wallpaperplugin=org.kde.image

Manually changing the order of ScreenConnectors and restarting plasmashell will finally show my "lost" widgets, but i would like to know if there is a way to stop this.
Even switching from modesetting to intel driver or even nvidia, changes the connectors name, messing your configuration.
