noto-fonts-cjk 20170601-1 breaks xfce

My xfce session completely froze while I was updating noto-fonts-cjk. Restarting it resulted in a blank screen. I suspect a problem with xfwm4.
Downgrading noto-fonts-cjk to 20170512-1 fixes the issue.

Re: noto-fonts-cjk 20170601-1 breaks xfce

My xfce session froze too when updating that package (terminal lost text, whisker menu disappeared etc). I was able to switch between Ctrl-Alt-Fx terminals but nothing worked in xfce and I got DBUS communication error popup after waiting few minutes. I waited for about 5 minutes and xfce 'recovered' by itself, and terminal showed text again and completed the update. Then I tried to reboot with xfce logout dialog but it didn't do anything so I rebooted from terminal, and after reboot everything works. I saved .xsession-errors which had some errors: http://paste.debian.net/987244/

Xfce + Openbox in my case, so no xfwm involved.

Same issue with adobe-source-han-sans-otc-fonts, on which noto-fonts-cjk is based.
