Okay..... I know how to install Arch. I have done it numerous times. But, this 'thing' is pushing me over the edge. I can only boot the USB archiso if I reset the BIOS/UEFI to factory settings. Secure boot is disabled. I complete the install to one of my two SSD (the other has a Windows installation). Then I try to boot and either freezes at initiating ramdisk (BIOS) or black screen on EFI. Windows boots fine. I really don't know what to do at this point I feel like I've tried everything. Thanks in advance for any pointers.

Some thing I have to do before installing ArchLinux on my ASUS Deluxe II MB is:
1. Disable "fast boot" or quick boot might be the name
2. Delete all secure boot keys
3. Make sure secure boot is in state "Unloaded/Disabled" then save and reboot back to UEFI just to verify settings was properly saved
4. During installation i install intel-ucode and put intel-ucode.img in my
/boot/loader/entries/arch.conf
5. Make sure /boot is properly mounted during config of bootloader.
(6. I'm on Nvidia drivers myself, so i install them as well, before i reboot.)
E: To clarify, i'm using systemd-boot

I possess a device, in my pocket, that is capable of accessing the entirety of information known to man.
I use it to look at funny pictures of cats and to argue with strangers.

Obviously those instructions are for Ubuntu, but should easily be adapted for Arch.
