Since I press the mute button, It can't be unmuted when I press again. I have to enter in to terminal and use Alsamixer and unmute it from there.
Also only one audio can be played.
Example. I have VLC and Deadbeef. If I use VLC and at the same time open an audio file with Deadbeef, the later starts and doesn't play.
On the other hand, if Deadbeef is playing and the same time VLC tarts playing without audio wherever file video or audio.
Where do I start?

What are you using to set your mute state, which mixer application? Don't use any of the
amixer
commands they are prone to error while using pulseaudio. And you likely have either vlc or deadbeef set to playback via ALSA and have not established a way to redirect ALSA back to pulse, configure both deadbeef and vlc to use pulseaudio. You might also want to install pulseaudio-alsa to set up that bridge mentioned earlier. If you still run into issues post
sudo fuser -v /dev/snd/*
aplay -lL
pacmd list-sinks
pacmd list-sink-inputs
while reproducing this not working environment

pulseaudio-alsa worked fine, repaired all the issuses I mentioned.
If you don't mind, I'm not lazy but just a little scared to make configurations, how to do configure applications use pulseaudio as you mentioned?

VLC should default to pulse, deadbeef has an audio output preference option don't have it in front of me, but you should be able to find it in the settings dialog (you might have to explicitly enable the pulseaudio plugin on the plugins page before you can switch that, however both of these settings are pretty safe to change, you can't really mess anything up. There should be a dropdown list under audio outputs which should currently be set to ALSA in your deadbeef, which you can switch)
If that explains it enough, please mark as [SOLVED] by editing the title of your first post.

As you said they can be configured through their menu options they.
Thank you very much for time to share your knowledge.
