[SOLVED]keyboard doesn't have a Altgr key. Can i imitate compositing ?

I've got a Apple 1999 keyboard. It's so good to type on it. I want to use it on my computer but my problem is there is no Altgr button on this keyboard. I configured compositing key for Xfce4. How can i make compositing key to act like Altgr. Or do you have any suggestions ?

No apple keyboard /ever/ had an AltGr key. Not 1999, not last year.

You've no dedicated 3rd level shifter - either you use key compositing to reach the 3rd level symbols (this has nothing to do with AltGr or 3rd level shifting - you're just using composition to get yourself access to some symbols), or you designate some other key on the keyboard to be your AltGr key (and not available for its original purpose - one of the command keys?) or go with sth. like https://superuser.com/questions/704928/ … to-ctrlalt

Thanks smile It solved my problem smile I'm not an Apple user, fan or anything like that so i don't know Apple keyboard or OS well. But this keyboard is the best i have right now so i wanna use it. Not because of brand but it's so comfortable for my fingers smile

Cool.
