Keyboard button hold and HTML5 full screen hide controls

I noticed these changes when I installed powerdevil for KDE. So if I like for example want to erase multiple characters, I hold down the backspace button. But right now, it only deletes one char when I hold it.

Also the control buttons for html5 players like youtube doesn't auto hide it anymore when I go full screen. I do apologize for asking these questions here. I did a lot of google search regarding these issues but found no answer.

The only changes I made for the past days was installing powerdevil. I did play around with its settings. Last update of KDE Plasma from the packages database was last 08-22. I only noticed these issues like 2-5 days ago.

Sorry for the newbie question. What do you mean by:
