How Plasma adds things to dbus?

Hi!
Do you know how plasma adds things to dbus, so that they are accessible via qbus command?
I wanted to use kscreenlocker from lxqt and it's not available in qdbus.
However, when I enter plasma it is there.
There should be a command or some config file that adds stuff to dbus. Does anybody know how it is done?
My Google fu didn't allow me to find out about this on the net
