Hi guys,
It seems that QT_PLUGIN_PATH is not correctly set for KDE Plasma. I had troubles installing Look and Feel.
Here's my log.
Feb 21 13:27:05 FredArch kcmshell5[1200]: org.kde.kcoreaddons: Error loading plugin "kcm_lookandfeel" "The shared library was not found."
Plugin search paths are ("/usr/lib/qt/plugins", "/usr/bin")
The environment variable QT_PLUGIN_PATH might be not correctly set
Feb 21 13:27:05 FredArch kcmshell5[1200]: Trying to use rootObject before initialization is completed, whilst using setInitializationDelayed. Forcing completion
Feb 21 13:27:05 FredArch kcmshell5[1200]: Couldn't find node shadow. Skipping rendering.
The "kcm_lookandfeel.so" is actually located in /usr/lib/qt/plugins/kcms
However most plugins are installed to /usr/lib/qt/plugins. I've got only a few files in the kcms directory
$ ll /usr/lib/qt/plugins/kcms

-rwxr-xr-x 1 root root 47K Feb 15 03:36 kcm_splashscreen.so
Is this a packaging issue or an issue from upstream? The Look and Feel works normally in Neon (https://forum.kde.org/viewtopic.php?f=17&t=138995).

I linked those files to /usr/lib/qt/plugins but I still cannot install Look and Feel.

As you can read in the linked bug reports: those "errors" are harmless

I get the same error on a fully updated system:
org.kde.kcoreaddons: Error loading plugin "kcm_lookandfeel" "The shared library was not found."
Plugin search paths are ("/usr/lib/qt/plugins", "/usr/bin")
The environment variable QT_PLUGIN_PATH might be not correctly set
WARNING: Cannot find style "org.kde.desktop" - fallback: "/usr/lib/qt/qml/QtQuick/Controls/Styles/Desktop"
Trying to use rootObject before initialization is completed, whilst using setInitializationDelayed. Forcing completion
kf5.kwidgetsaddons: Invalid framesize.
The file "/home/saramkon/.local/share/knewstuff3/lookandfeel.knsregistry" could not be opened.
Command ' "kpackagetool5 -t Plasma/LookAndFeel -i /tmp/com.github.varlesh.arc-dark.tar.gz" ' failed with code 4
I read that the error should have no consequences, but I can't install any "look and feel" packages. (even after setting QT_PLUGIN_PATH to find the right plugin location).

Nevermind. It just seems, that half of the look and feel packages are broken and incompatible between 5.9 and 5.10. The error code in the systemsettings5 log does not reveal anything but manually executing the commands shows a different error every time I tried to install a package.
