[solved] rtl8822bu-driver

hi,

here is my private AUR-package for rtl8822bu driver rtl8822bu-dkms.
I use it for Asus AC53 Nano USB since several months on linux-kernel as well as linux-lts-kernel. It should work for Edimax EW-7822ULC too.

I would appreciate it if some of You review it, before i submit it to AUR.

Regards Andreas

Welcome to the forums a_manthey smile

As you're pulling from git master instead of a specific commit the package should be called rtl8822bu-dkms-git and have an appropriate pkgver function.

No, it didn't "fix" anything. It just shifted the brokeness one space to the right. - jasonwryan

Re: [solved] rtl8822bu-driver

thanks for your hints. I'll rename the package and set pkgver to 1.0.0.9_p1.1

Did you been able to make your devices to work in the monitor mode?

Please refrain from necrobumping threads asking unrelated questions about getting monitor mode to work for your not yet specified own device.

Make your own thread, elaborate on the exact driver you are using and what you configured and have attempted in trying to get monitor mode to work.
