HP Spectre x360 PCIe Bus Error

Hello everyone!

I installed Arch onto an SSD on my desktop PC that I would like to use as an external SSD to boot from on my desktop and my laptop.
All works perfectly fine on the desktop PC that uses an i5 4690k cpu and a GTX 970 gpu.
On my laptop on the other hand, which is an HP Spectre x360 13-4204ng with an i7 6560U cpu and only the integrated Iris 540, I get the following error when trying to boot:

PCIe Bus Error: severity=Corrected, type=Physical Layer, id=00e1(Received ID)
device [8086:9d11] error status/mask=00000001/00000000
[ 0] Receive Error                             (First)

I already tried the following boot parameters:

pci=nomsi
pci=noaer
nomodeset

I assume it has to to with the nvidia/intel driver but I am not sure and don't know how I would go about finding a solution at this point.
I someone here will be able to help me out!

Thanks in advance!
