As per https://wiki.archlinux.org/index.php/GN … ay_manager it should work, provided the keyring is named login; I can check that indeed I have my keyring in .local/share/keyrings named login.keyring
However in dwm
1. when I open Chromium either it asks for the keyring password (seldom) or just behaves as if no session cookies are there
2. similarly with Gnome network manager, if some wifi connection is not marked as shared among all users (just for my user) it won't be available to my user, while if it is marked it is available
I'm a bit puzzled.
