Hello everyone, first, I am Spanish and that maybe my way of expressing myself in English is not correct. Sorry.
My problem is that when I change the resolution of my Virtual Machine to 3840x2160, the system goes very slow graphically speaking. For example, when you click on an icon, it takes time to select. But if I leave a minor resolution, it works fine.
My host machine is a Dell XPS 15 9550, 32 Gb RAM, Graphics NVIDIA 960m 2 GB, Proccesor Intel i7-6700HQ 2.60GHz and 1 TB of SSD.
The virtual machine I have assigned 8GB of RAM, 4 Processors and 128 mb of video memory.
Desktop Environment: KDE Plasma 5.11.0
Kernel Version: 4.13.5-1-ARCH 64-bit
I installed all kinds of Nvidia drivers, intel ... X11 ...
Thanks for your help! I do not know what it could be and I find nothing about it.

None of those drivers will work in a virtual machine, you need to install the appropriate drivers for your hypervisor.
For example if you're using VirtualBox you need to follow these instructions...

If you're not using VirtualBox then follow whatever instructions are relevant for your setup.

Thanks for answer. Yes, I am using VirtualBox, I have followed those instructions, but nothing... When I use the command "hwinfo--frambuffer " Does not show me the resolution 3840X2160.
