Gvim file explorer

Hello Archers
I have the following problem. After gvim (7.x) start I need to have window like this:

+----------+-----------------------------------------------

file
| explorer | file contents

+----------+-----------------------------------------------

By clicking on file name in "file explorer" file opens in "file contents" or better in new tab again with "file explorer". Is this possible?
