I've installed kmymoney but it doesn't use the correct translations which would be German in my case. The language package kde-l10n-de is installed and other KDE applications are display in German, e.g. Amarok which is based on KDE 4 as well. I tried to install kmymoney.mo in /usr/share/local/de/LC_MESSAGES manually (as described here: https://techbase.kde.org/Projects/KMyMoney#Localization) but it didn't have any effect.
Both
KDE_LANG=de_DE kmymoney
and
kmymoney --lang=de
in different variants (de, de_DE, …) were not able to change the language of KMyMoney.
I opend the KDE language settings from inside KMyMoney (Settings -> KDE language settings) but everything is fine there.
This is what locale says:
locale
LANG=de_DE.UTF-8
LC_CTYPE="de_DE.UTF-8"
LC_NUMERIC="de_DE.UTF-8"
LC_TIME="de_DE.UTF-8"
LC_COLLATE="de_DE.UTF-8"
LC_MONETARY="de_DE.UTF-8"
LC_MESSAGES="de_DE.UTF-8"
LC_PAPER="de_DE.UTF-8"
LC_NAME="de_DE.UTF-8"
LC_ADDRESS="de_DE.UTF-8"
LC_TELEPHONE="de_DE.UTF-8"
LC_MEASUREMENT="de_DE.UTF-8"
LC_IDENTIFICATION="d
Do you have any ideas?
