Re: docker server based on arch linux ?

Have you looked at what's available at hub.docker.com like this
and maybe this could help.

Re: docker server based on arch linux ?

I've run a minimal Arch installation with all major services running in Docker containers for a couple of years. Why would you not want pacman? I think you're going to have to work too hard to figure out how to make Arch work like CoreOS/Container Linux or Atomic! Why not just use one of those distros that's designed explicitly for that purpose? I've had zero issues (other than self-induced or hardware failure) with my setup. If you are running 'production' (home or work) services, remember best practice (especially with Arch) is to have a test server (or laptop) where you update first and test for breakage before updating the production machine.
