After the update, the ip_tables module disappeared

I did not update the system for a month and updated it today. Now after launching the program create_ap the following error flies:
===
Config dir: /tmp/create_ap.wifi.conf.5CDEqFyi
PID: 17694
Creating a virtual WiFi interface... ap2 created.
Sharing Internet using method: nat
iptables v1.6.1: can't initialize iptables table `nat': Table does not exist (do you need to insmod?)
Perhaps iptables or your kernel needs to be upgraded.

Doing cleanup..
===
I try to include the module but I'm getting the error:
===
modprobe ip_tables
modprobe: FATAL: Module ip_tables not found in directory /lib/modules/4.13.8-1-ARCH
===
Why did you remove the module you need and what do you do now? I do not have time to compile the kernel!

Re: After the update, the ip_tables module disappeared

If you did a full update then the current kernel version should be 4.13.12-1-ARCH. Did you reboot after updating the kernel?

Re: After the update, the ip_tables module disappeared

Sounds to me like you need to reboot and everything will be fixed.

Edit:  uhh yeah, that was exactly what the previous post said.  Ignore the noise smile

Please use code tags when pasting to the boards: https://wiki.archlinux.org/index.php/Co … s_and_code

And paste the output of `uname -a && pacman -Q linux`.
