Intel 8260 regression with linux-firmware 20171123

Today I noticed that my bluetooth stopped working on my laptop (Intel 8260 wifi/bluetooth card). Couldn't find any errors in dmesg and "bluetoothctl power on" stated that the default controller is not defined.
Bios also stated that bluetooth card is not installed.
I almost gave up and thought that the bluetooth card died (note that wifi worked as expected), but then noticed that after booting to Windows card worked and bios also showed that it's installed. Only in Arch it wasn't visible and after restart from Arch card wasn't visible in bios as well.
Because of this strange behaviour I thought that it could be due to the firmware in Arch and noticed that linux-firmware package was upgraded to 20171123 version two days ago.
After I downgraded linux-firmware package to previous version (20171009), bluetooth started working again. Is anyone else experiencing this with the new firmware?
