Thunar does not hide/remove old entries of previously connected media

$ sudo pacman -Qi thunar | grep Version
Version : 1.6.13-1

2017-12-06-nexus5xmul1luf5.png

I don't know what's going on. Since the weekend I have been getting these multiple entries, which won't disappear. Also, for each connect of the smartphone, it shows 2 new entries although it should be 1.

Does anyone know what I could do about it?

edit
Just to make it clear: these multiple entries are permanent, i.e. also show up after a reboot/shutdown.

also get an error message pop up:

Unable to open MTP device “[usb:003,006]”.

[EDIT] i can clear the list of phones in thunar by killing gvfs-mtp-volume-monitor and then after that i could mount my phone and browse my sdcard but its very unstable and crashed as i was deleting some data. so had to kill gvfs-mtp again and thunar

[EDIT AGAIN] all good with lts kernel, just installed and boot up lts kernel and problem is solved..... well apears to be anyway

[edit yet again] nope still unstable, just crashed again while deleting some data of the phone, BUT the phone removes itself from the side panel in thunar when disconnected using the lts kernel

Re: Thunar does not hide/remove old entries of previously connected media

Same issue here, devices gone after reboot.

EDIT: installed "Linux 4.9.67-1-lts #1 SMP Tue Dec 5 13:07:07 CET 2017 x86_64 GNU/Linux" and the problem is gone

Re: Thunar does not hide/remove old entries of previously connected media

Actually have different behaviors. At points they seem to be stuck after reboot, after today's boot they were gone.
