Vimiv - an image viewer with vim-like keybindings

I am considering to rewrite vimiv completely in PyQt. Main reasons are the currently not very clean and extendable code and Gtk bugging me a bit too often. More details at this github issue.

If anyone has an opinion on this, I would love too hear it, either here or on the issue.

Haha I have a GUI application I wrote a few years ago in Python + GTK2, started converting it to Python + GTK3, then got frustrated with GTK3 and started looking into Python + Qt.

I don't really have an opinion, but I understand your motivations. Anyway, it sounds like a fun experience for a personal project.
