Linux LTS won't work with Nvidia-340xx?

I boot up to Linux LTS Kernel. It does not load with Nvidia-340xx-lts Driver.

I boot up to Linux Kernel. It does load with Nvidia-340xx Driver.

I don't know if that was Nvidia Driver or Linux LTS Kernel itself.

"It does not load" is no usable error description.
Is "it" the kernel, the x11 server or the DM/DE?
dmesg? Journal?

pacman -Q | grep -E '(nvidia|linux)'

had this same issue, uninstall the LTS driver and swap to the normal Nvidia driver. Should resolve the problem. If not, yah more info from logs would be awesome.
