VFIO PCI Pass through B350 Ryzen issues

Link to my hastebin been fiddling with this for a bit and cant seem to get it working.

When I start the VM with the GTX 970 attached it comes on black screen and then goes back to sleep. I grabbed a rom online for evga 970 used rom bar to pass that in the xml file. Stumped at this point.

Slot 1 pcie 1x empty
Slot 2 pcie 16x EVGA gtx 970 (Guest pass through)
Slot 3 pcie 4x 550 ti (Host card)

Ryzen 1700 ASROCK AB350M PRO4 motherboard

All of my IOMMU options are turned on in bios

Ive read the wiki page over and over again and cant see what I am doing wrong. I have even reached out on VFIO discord from reddit.com/r/vfio

Resolved issue if anyone else runs into this.

This helped me figure out what was going on needed to remove the headers from the downloaded dump since I was passthrough my primary card.

I could of swapped slots for it and put gtx 970 in my secondary slot and dump and unshadowed untainted bios. What I did instead was use the above method to trim the headers off of the downloaded vbios and then pointed to it via my xml and it works.
