Hi there.
I'm trying to track down a weird issue on my Notebook (Dell E5550).
According to xrandr my display is running at 60Hz and a resolution of 1920x1080, just like you would expect.
But when running an OpenGL accelerated program with vsync enabled, the refresh rate will be at only 48Hz.
The same is shown when I visit a site like http://www.displayhz.com/
48Hz is the second refresh rate shown for my resolution by xrandr but it's not used.
I'm using the official Intel drivers, I don't have a xorg.conf and I'm not running on battery.
Where can I even see what the vsync/refresh rate is on my system? Other than xrandr which seems to be lying(?)
Or am I missing something? Should refresh rate and vsync rate not be the same?
It feels weird to get an update rate of only 20ms in the renderer I'm working on...

Oh damn, I'm sorry. My search skills are lacking. Thank you.
