staffetta - a sync (mirror) tool without network/Internet dependency

PROBLEM
You have two locations, no Internet on the second one, need the data mirrored to the other place and the portable drive is too small (for a full copy).

I tried many synchronizing tools but none could deal with my crappy situation, so i made a script that makes a fake copy of what is already located on the second location and then uses rsync to mirror (and update) data using a portable USB drive or even a USB stick.
Also this was made with data security in mind, paranoid proof so to say. Featuring location tokens, versioning and consistency checks.

Development is in the third stage at the moment and working on fully automating it, likely to migrate to python.
