I'm installing Arch for the firt time. I get those errors at startup
-a tpm tmp0 error (7) occurred attempting to read a pcr value
the screen freezes a while before it lunched my login manager (gdm)

Can you login to a TTY? Disable GDM and try logging in directly. Or read your journal for why GDM is failing.

I don't think the problem is in the gdm itself. the problem persists when I desactivate gdm.

What problem? The error messages, or the screen freezing "a while"? Read your journal.

I get the
tpm tpm0: a tpm error (7) occurred occurred attempting to read a pcr value
2 or 3 secs
tmp tpm0: TPM is disabled/disactivated
2 secs
and then the syestem starts.
I want to know if it is normal or is there a problem somewhere.

Disable it in your UEFI/BIOS menu.

Or blacklist the module.

One of the above two options _and_ report it upstream.
