[SOLVED] lm_sensors only reports 2 cores for Intel i7 CPU

I recently installed Arch on a ThinkPad X1 Carbon (gen 2).  It has an Intel Haswell i7 4600U CPU.  I installed lm_sensors and ran sensors-detect, using the default answers for all questions.  The problem is that sensors only reports temperatures for 2 (maybe 3?, not sure what the "Packge id" line is) of the processor's 4 cores.  Output is below.  Is there anything I can do to to get the report for all 4 cores?

coretemp-isa-0000
Adapter: ISA adapter
Package id 0: +39.0°C (high = +100.0°C, crit = +100.0°C)
Core 0: +34.0°C (high = +100.0°C, crit = +100.0°C)
Core 1: +38.0°C (high = +100.0°C, crit = +100.0°C)

acpitz-virtual-0
Adapter: Virtual device
temp1: +37.0°C (crit = +200.0°C)

thinkpad-isa-0000
Adapter: ISA adapter
fan1: 0 RPM

That processor only has 2 cores.

No, it didn't "fix" anything. It just shifted the brokeness one space to the right. - jasonwryan

Your CPU is a dual core[1] cpu so that is correct.

So it is.  I was looking at the number of threads and ignoring physical cores.  Oops.
