So I want to try using gnome-mpv over mpv since I like the GUI better, still minimalist but more elegant.
I have one very simple but annoying problem - using mpv conf files or setting "extra mpv options" in gnome-mpv doesn't seem to work.
And the only option I'm trying to use to begin with is setting the default volume to "volume=25". I've done this in my mpv.conf in /home/user/.config/mpv and it works perfectly for regular mpv.
Gnome-mpv however doesn't react at all to this conf file, even though I enable that option and load the same file standard mpv is using.
Anyone seen this issue and knows what its about?
I also tried doing this by using the "extra mpv options" as I mentioned, but putting "--volume=25" or just "volume=25" in the input field does nothing.
