[Forum] [Search] Option to change default "by Posts"/"by Topic"

Currently there is a hard-coded default for making searches, to search "by topic". Whenever the user wishes to search by post, he must manually set this every single time.

Other forums have an option to save a preference for this option. Could this be possible here on the Arch BBS? I myself almost never want to search by topic, since getting a search result as a topic with hundreds of posts doesn't bring me much closer to whatever I'm actually looking for.
