Remote install

I have a VPS located in another country, currently running Debian. I'm considering changing to Arch (it makes maintenance easier since my home machines are Arch, I don't have to worry about different packaging systems, and checking for issues with different versions). However, since this will be a completely headless, ssh only server, I have some concerns before I start.

I've read https://wiki.archlinux.org/index.php/Install_from_SSH, but the opening steps require local access to the machine, which is not possible.

Is there a method of installing Arch on a machine via ssh where no local access is available?
